Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction extends to all our products, with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified. Notably, our warranty excludes commercial usage. In addition to this, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from abnormal use or abuse, and any consequential loss are not covered. Products will be repaired or replaced depending on the product and the circumstances, and this is solely at the management's discretion.
The electronic and motion components of all recliners (excluding transformers) are guaranteed against failure due to manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Transformers come with a 12-month warranty. Please be informed that by completing full payment and accepting the invoice, you are acknowledging and agreeing to Vertue Home terms and conditions.
