Shipping Policy

Delivery Basis:

All delivery costs quoted are based on a ground floor/front door basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional costs may apply for deliveries to upper levels, and it is the buyer's responsibility to make arrangements for carrying items upstairs. Our courier company does not offer upstairs delivery unless a white glove delivery service has been arranged.


Delivery Hours:

Deliveries will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 5 pm. To schedule a delivery time, kindly book in advance by calling or texting at the showroom on PH: 0478 355 629 or sending an email to info@vertuehome.com.au. Please note that our warehouse team may not always be available on-site as they are often out on deliveries.


External Freight Services:

Vertue Home utilizes external freight services. While we strive to provide the best service, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. We take no responsibility for any delivery delays due to the courier's schedule.


Courtesy Call:

A courtesy call will be provided prior to delivery to ensure a convenient and successful delivery experience. Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address at the time of dispatch. Re-direction fees may apply if goods have already been dispatched.
