All delivery costs quoted are based on a ground floor/front door basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our courier company does not offer upstairs delivery unless a white glove delivery service has been arranged.
Delivery Hours:
Deliveries will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 5 pm. Please note that our warehouse team may not always be available on-site as they are often out on deliveries.

Vertue Home utilizes external freight services. While we strive to provide the best service, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. We take no responsibility for any delivery delays due to the courier's schedule.
Courtesy Call:
A courtesy call will be provided prior to delivery to ensure a convenient and successful delivery experience. Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address at the time of dispatch. Re-direction fees may apply if goods have already been dispatched.
