Delivery Basis:

All delivery costs quoted are based on a ground floor/front door basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional costs may apply for deliveries to upper levels, and it is the buyer's responsibility to make arrangements for carrying items upstairs. Our courier company does not offer upstairs delivery unless a white glove delivery service has been arranged.

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 5 pm.
